* Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to support business objectives.
* Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
* Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
* Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
* Monitor and control financial risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.

A successful CFO should have:

* 15+ years of finance leadership experience.
* CFO, Deputy CFO or Finance Director experience.
* Exposure to investment companies, sovereign wealth structures, private equity, venture capital or investment management organisations.
* Strong corporate governance expertise.
* Treasury, portfolio reporting and investment finance experience.
* Experience supporting boards, investment committees or government-related stakeholders.
* Middle East experience.
* Demonstrated strategic finance leadership.
