Job description

Develop and implement resource allocation frameworks aligned with group strategy.Oversee financial, human, and technological resource planning across subsidiaries.Ensure integration of shared services (Finance, IT, strategic capital procurement, compliance, infrastructure).Monitor utilization of capital, workforce, and operational assets for efficiency.Drive initiatives for cost optimization, productivity improvement, and innovation.Collaborate with subsidiary leadership to align resource needs with strategic priorities.Establish performance monitoring systems for resource deployment and ROI.Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and governance requirements in resource management. Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent are highly preferred.Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in senior executive roles within large and diversified organizations.Proven experience managing Finance, Treasury, Procurement, ICT, Capital Projects, Shared Services, and Corporate Resources functions.Strong background in strategic planning, resource optimization, capital allocation, investment appraisal, and business transformation.Mandatory hands-on experience in General Trading, including Import and Export operations, international sourcing, logistics, and supply chain management.Demonstrated success in ERP implementation, digital transformation, process improvement, and organizational restructuring initiatives.Experience working within holding companies, conglomerates, multi-business groups, manufacturing, trading, distribution, agribusiness, or similar sectors.Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with a track record of leading geographically dispersed teams.Willingness and flexibility to undertake regular international and domestic travel to subsidiaries, branches, project sites, and operational locations.Ability to provide effective remote leadership, supervision, governance, and performance management across multiple business units, countries, and cultures while maintaining high standards of accountability and operational excellence.
