Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the commercial cleaning team. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure cleaning standards are met and identify areas for improvement. Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and client expectations. Manage cleaning schedules and allocate staff resources effectively to meet client needs. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels. Address client concerns or issues related to cleaning services promptly and professionally. Requirements Previous experience in a commercial cleaning role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills for client and staff interactions.
