Customer Services Officer FakeehCare Dubai

Job description

FakeehCare has an opening for a Customer Services Officer to support its team in Dubai. In this role, you will handle the registration, pre-admission, and admission process, making sure patients are registered promptly.

In addition, you will coordinate appointment bookings to optimise clinic function and create a positive patient experience throughout. You will also support the daily functioning of the unit while maintaining confidentiality. Previous cashiering experience is part of the requirement.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience and Registration

•
Create a positive patient experience at our facility.

•
Demonstrate a proactive approach toward ensuring excellent patient care.

•
Ensure the registration process, pre-admission, and admission process exceeds both internal and external customer needs and expectations.

•
Ensure patients are registered in a timely manner in Clinics.

Appointment Coordination

•
Coordinate booking of appointments to optimize clinic function.

•
Demonstrate knowledge of all hospital services and facilities.

•
Support the successful achievements of Clinic Operations strategic goals.

Administrative Support

•
Assist in the daily functioning of the unit/department in support of patient care while maintaining confidentiality.

•
Support the provision of safe, patient and family focused quality care.

Qualifications and Requirements

•
Education: Not explicitly stated; likely high school diploma or equivalent.

•
Experience: Exposure to or experience with customer service principles. Experience with clinical procedures desirable. Medical Terminology or exposure to medical environment. Previous cashiering experience.
