📌 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and drive excavator sales activities across the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, dealers, and key accounts.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive market development and business expansion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to strengthen SANY’s excavator business and market presence.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on sales activities, market developments, and business opportunities.

🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction machinery industry, with strong experience in excavator sales.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian construction equipment market, particularly the Eastern Region.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, customer relationship management, and business development skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging sales objectives.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to undertake frequent business travel and internal transfers as required.
