General Technician (Automotive)

Job description

Required Qualifications & Experience

Secondary School or Diploma in a related subject.

1 - 3 years of experience and / or a combination of experience and education.

Job Purpose, Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for the execution of service requests.

• Perform physical inspections of service points

• Perform normal vehicle service and steam cleaning

• Perform minor repair activities to vehicles, including Tyre removal and alignment, and wheel balancing

• Conduct Acid Stripping to all wheel and metal surfaces

• Identify and advise on any additional repairs needed during inspection

• Ensure all Customer requirements are completed as required

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of all the tools and equipment

• Complete all maintenance and repairs in due time

• Achieve all the productive targets as set by the department

• Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures and policies are met at all times

• Responsible to follow and implement relevant requirements of Environment, Health, Safety & Quality manual

• All other job-related duties, as assigned

Pay: BD300.000 - BD400.000 per month
