Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced and qualified HR manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the human resources field, as well as a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures.

This position offers a salary of 1700. We are also willing to consider immigrants for this role.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all HR-related activities, including recruitment, staffing, payroll, employee relations, and performance management. The HR manager must be able to provide leadership and guidance to the team by developing strategies that will ensure the organization meets its goals and objectives. They should also be able to maintain up-to-date records of employee attendance, vacations, and leave requests.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels. The successful applicant must be highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail. They should have strong administrative skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required.
