Job description

Role & responsibilities Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production activities. Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards. Manage the complete tyre recycling process, including shredding, granulation, steel/fibre separation, screening, and bagging . Optimize machinery, manpower, raw materials, utilities, and production capacity. Monitor production, yield, rejection, downtime, and OEE. Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor product quality, granule size, and contamination levels. Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize breakdowns and ensure preventive maintenance. Lead production supervisors, operators, technicians, and helpers. Plan manpower and manage shift operations. Train and develop production personnel. Ensure compliance with EHS, PPE, safety, and 5S requirements. Monitor raw-material consumption, material balance, yield, and production losses. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and MIS. Control production costs and improve productivity. Implement initiatives to reduce downtime, scrap, energy consumption, and process losses. Required Qualification Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Rubber Technology , or related discipline. Additional manufacturing/process-management qualifications will be an advantage. Required Experience 10+ years of manufacturing experience , preferably in: Tyre Recycling Crumb Rubber Manufacturing Rubber Recycling Rubber Processing Tyre Manufacturing Polymer/Plastic Manufacturing Process Manufacturing Strong experience in production leadership/management is preferred. Required Skills Strong knowledge of tyre recycling and crumb rubber manufacturing. Knowledge of shredding, granulation, screening, magnetic separation, fibre separation, and bagging. Production planning and execution. OEE and production KPI monitoring. Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. Knowledge of RCA, CAPA, Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing , and continuous improvement. Quality and process-control knowledge. Manpower and shift management. Good MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. Ability to work under production pressure and meet targets.
