Project Manager – PMCM / Construction Supervision

Role Overview

Lead the consultant’s project management and construction supervision team, overseeing project delivery against approved scope, programme, budget and quality requirements. Coordinate with the client, contractors and authorities to resolve issues and maintain effective project governance.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day PMCM and construction supervision activities across all disciplines.
• Lead the supervision team and coordinate architectural, civil, structural and MEP interfaces.
• Monitor contractor progress, resources and performance against the approved programme.
• Review construction methodologies, recovery plans and project delivery risks.
• Oversee the review of shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs and technical submissions.
• Manage progress meetings, client reporting, action tracking and escalation of critical issues.
• Assess variations, payment recommendations and contractor claims with the relevant specialists.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications, quality requirements and HSE procedures.
• Coordinate MODON requirements, authority inspections and project approvals.
• Lead snagging, commissioning coordination, handover and project close-out.

Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager within a consultancy delivering PMCM and construction supervision services.
• Previous experience on MODON industrial projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, programme management, quality assurance and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience managing contractors and communicating directly with clients and authorities.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership, reporting and communication skills.
