Sales Promoter

Job Summary

We are looking for a Promoter to represent our consumer electronics and home appliance products across assigned retail outlets in Oman. The candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating products, driving sales, and maintaining excellent product visibility within stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate consumer electronics and home appliances to customers.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, warranty, and after-sales services.

• Maintain proper product displays, price tags, promotional materials, and demo units.

• Monitor product stock and coordinate with the sales team for replenishment.

• Maintain a clean and attractive product display area.

• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store events.

• Monitor competitor products, prices, and promotions.

• Build good relationships with customers and retail store staff.

• Submit daily sales and market activity reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; diploma or bachelor's degree is an advantage.

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, promotions, or consumer electronics.

• Experience with home appliances, electronics, or FMCG is preferred.

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

• Good English communication; Arabic is an advantage.

• Presentable, energetic, sales-oriented, and target-driven.

• Willingness to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
