Sales Representative – Construction (Commission-Based)

Job Summary

Discovery Construction is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to generate and secure new construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong client connections and the ability to identify, develop, and close high-value construction opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential construction projects.

• Develop relationships with property owners, developers, companies, consultants, and other potential clients.

• Promote the company’s construction, renovation, fit-out, and related services.

• Arrange meetings and site visits with prospective clients.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for quotations and proposals.

• Follow up with clients from initial contact through project award.

• Negotiate and close deals in accordance with company policies.

• Maintain regular follow-up and reporting on leads and opportunities.

Sales Target

• Target projects must have a minimum value of BD 150,000.

• Projects below BD 150,000 will not be considered toward the sales target.

• The role is focused on securing high-value construction projects of BD 150,000 and above.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction sales, business development, contracting, real estate, or a related field.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.

• Existing network of clients, developers, property owners, or companies is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of the Bahrain construction market is an advantage.

Compensation

• Commission-based only.

• Commission will be based on successfully secured projects and the company’s approved commission structure.

• No fixed monthly salary.

• Minimum project value: BD 150,000.
