Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint On-Premises Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot SharePoint environments. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Server 2016, 2019, and Subscription Edition, along with expertise in Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain SharePoint On-Premises environments, including SharePoint Server 2016, 2019, and Subscription Edition.
• Perform SharePoint farm installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance.
• Manage SharePoint service applications, web applications, site collections, permissions, and related configurations.
• Perform patching, upgrades, backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities.
• Monitor SharePoint environments and troubleshoot performance, availability, and application issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot integration with IIS, Windows Server, SQL Server, and Active Directory.
• Use PowerShell for SharePoint administration, automation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Support incident resolution and perform root-cause analysis for SharePoint-related issues.
• Ensure SharePoint environments follow established security, availability, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, security, and application teams for SharePoint-related activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.

Skills

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint On-Premises administration.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server 2016, 2019, and/or Subscription Edition.
