About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and technically proficient Telecom Field Service Engineer to join their operations in Muharraq . In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment and infrastructure at various customer sites. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' networks and delivering exceptional on-site support. Key Responsibilities Perform installations, configurations, and commissioning of telecom hardware and software according to technical specifications. Conduct regular preventative maintenance checks and troubleshooting on network equipment to minimize downtime. Diagnose and repair faults, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner. Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their systems are operating optimally. Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for field service operations. Document all service activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent, in the company's service management system. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related technical field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a field service role within the telecommunications industry. Proficiency with fiber optics, copper cabling, network installation, and testing equipment. Strong understanding of wireless technologies and mobile network infrastructure. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to safety.
