Description

Position: Branch Manager

Location: Kuwait Industry: Delivery / Logistics

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily branch operations.
• Lead and manage drivers, supervisors, and branch staff.
• Monitor delivery performance, attendance, productivity, and customer service.
• Ensure all orders are completed within the required SLA.
• Coordinate with operations, HR, fleet, and customer service teams.
• Monitor branch expenses, manpower, vehicles, and operational resources.
• Handle client requirements and maintain good business relationships.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and performance updates.
• Ensure proper use and updating of Odoo/ERP systems.
• Identify operational issues and take corrective action.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Branch Management, Delivery, Logistics, or Operations.
• Previous experience in a delivery/logistics company is preferred.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait delivery operations.
• Experience managing drivers and fleet operations.
• Knowledge of Odoo/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.

Education Requirements – Branch Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
