About the Role Our client, a premier hospitality venue located in Busaiteen, Muharraq Governorate , is seeking a skilled and experienced Banquet Service Manager to lead their dedicated banquet service team. This role is essential for ensuring the flawless execution of all banquet functions, from corporate meetings to social celebrations. The Banquet Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing service staff, managing event setups, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership qualities, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. This position is key to upholding our client's reputation for quality and professionalism in the vibrant Bahraini events market. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the banquet service staff during all functions, ensuring professional and efficient service. Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces according to event specifications and floor plans. Ensure all beverage and food service standards are met with precision and grace. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during events, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly. Conduct pre-function meetings with staff to brief them on event details, special requests, and service requirements. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout events and take proactive steps to enhance the dining and overall experience. Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Manage inventory of banquet supplies, including linens, tableware, and service equipment. Train and mentor banquet staff to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge. Collaborate effectively with the culinary team, sales department, and other venue staff. Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in banquet management, event service management, or a related F&B supervisory role. Proven experience in managing service teams in a high-volume banquet or fine dining environment. Excellent understanding of banquet operations, service etiquette, and beverage management. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering flawless events. Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service practices. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required for events in Busaiteen . Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus. A degree or certification in Hospitality Management is advantageous.
