We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take food and beverage orders accurately, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

• Present menus and explain food and beverage options.

• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.

• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to their requests.

• Handle customer complaints politely and report issues to the supervisor.

• Process bills and payments accurately.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.

• Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members.

• Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties.

Pay: BD200.000 - BD220.000 per month

Work Location: In person
